By accessing or using deepstrategy.ai and any associated services, publications, or platforms operated by DeepStrategy.ai (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
The Services include but are not limited to: the DeepStrategy.ai website; the BoardroomRadar, ScenarioWatch, and The Paranoidist newsletters; and any current or future products, platforms, programs, or services offered under the DeepStrategy.ai brand or its affiliated services, including ScenarioPlan.com and Human Masterminds (whether operated as subsidiaries, divisions, programs, or under other organizational structures as determined by DeepStrategy.ai).
These Terms apply to all users worldwide, regardless of location.
All content provided through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our publications, on our website, or generated through our platforms constitutes legal, financial, investment, insurance, or professional advice. The content should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in the relevant field.

DeepStrategy.ai publications and platform services are developed in collaboration with AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic. All content and outputs undergo human editorial review and reflect the analysis and judgment of DeepStrategy.ai. The use of AI in our workflow does not diminish our editorial responsibility for quality.
When User-Submitted Data is processed through AI systems to generate scenario analyses or other platform outputs, that data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. We select AI partners that maintain appropriate data handling and security standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
DeepStrategy.ai may offer facilitated scenario planning engagements, consulting, mastermind group participation, or other professional services. These engagements will be governed by separate engagement agreements that specify scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality obligations, and other terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will prevail.
Our newsletters are distributed through Beehiiv, a third-party email platform. By subscribing to any DeepStrategy.ai newsletter, you also agree to Beehiiv's Terms of Use. You may unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
We reserve the right to modify newsletter frequency, format, pricing, and availability at any time. If we introduce paid tiers, existing free subscribers will continue to receive the free tier unless they choose to upgrade.
We strive for accuracy in all our publications, analyses, and platform outputs. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from error. Strategic intelligence and scenario planning inherently involve analysis of uncertain and evolving situations. Our analyses, risk assessments, scenario models, and strategic perspectives represent our best judgment at the time of creation and may be affected by subsequent events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepStrategy.ai, its founder, contributors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Services or any content, analysis, or outputs provided through them.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from investment decisions, business strategies, governance actions, scenario planning outcomes, or any other decisions influenced by our content or platform outputs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepStrategy.ai, its founder, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination of platform services, provisions regarding data retention and return of User-Submitted Data will be handled as specified in any applicable supplemental agreement or, absent such agreement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. For users of platform services, material changes to terms affecting data handling or service delivery will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
For users outside the United States: if mandatory provisions of your local law grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms. In such cases, the applicable provisions of your local law will apply to the extent required.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeepStrategy.ai regarding use of the Services.
